Camille Bourgeois

Camille grew up in Houston at Houston Ballet Academy, where she entered the main school division at seven years old. She performed in various classical works including Konservatoriet by A. Bournonville, Les Sylphides by M. Fokine, and Stanton Welch's The Ladies and Studies. There, she also had the opportunity to perform different social dances and musical theater excerpts from Godspell, Fosse, Chicago, and West Side Story.

After coming to Dallas, Camille has been in new works by choreographers such as Gabriel Speiller, Hailey Von Schlehenried, Vincent Hardy, Anastasia Waters, Maleek Washington, Cristie Partelow, and Krista Jennings Langford. Since moving, she credits a lot of her growth to support from Moving Forward Dallas and its director Madison Hicks.

Camille is also a company member with Open Sky Arts Collective. In addition to dance, she is pursuing two bachelors of science in both biology & sociology and believes various disciplines enhance each other.
