J. Alexander Langley
J. Alexander Langley is a proud alumnus of the Booker T. Washington High School of Performing and Visual Arts in Dallas, TX. He studied ballet and modern dance performance at Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Langley has also danced as a company member with Dallas Neo-Classical Ballet, Anita N. Martinez Ballet Folklorico, Ballet Dallas (formerly Contemporary Ballet Dallas), DBDT: Encore (formerly Dallas Black Dance Theatre II), and Bruce Wood Dance Project.
He has also performed at various industrial events such as the Mary Kay National Seminars and the State Fair of Texas, on Holland America and Princess Cruise Lines as a production cast member, in television commercials and in musical theater productions such as Lyric Stage's production of "Fiddler on the Roof" and Lubbock Moonlight Musicals' production of "Tarzan".
He danced the works of such choreographers as Leónide Massine, Danielle Georgiou, Christopher Huggins, Kate Skarpetowska, Jamie Thompson, Joshua L. Peugh, Favian Herrera Jr., and Kiesha Lalama-White.
