Kayleigh Eidson

A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Kayleigh received her pre- professional training from Studio A Dance, Inc. She is a 2017 graduate of Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she earned her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance.

 

Kayleigh has performed works by José Limón, David Norsworthy, Shana Simmons, and Ruben Graciani, as well as created her own works. She has additionally trained at Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Alonzo King’s Lines Ballet, and the San Francisco Conservatory.

 

Kayleigh has performed in Samson and Dalilah with The Dallas Opera, has been on multiple local Dallas commercials, and has been a Mary Kay Friends of Time performer. Kayleigh joined Dallas Black Dance Theatre’s: Encore! for their 2017/2018 season and fo their 2018/2019 season.  She then joined B.Moore Dance for their 2019-2020 season. Additionally, she was a guest artist with Bruce Wood Dance. Kayleigh has also danced in APAP Dance Conference in New York City, IABD Conference, Exchange Dance Festival in Tulsa, and Fintdaz Dance Festival in Chile, South America.

 

Aside from performing, Kayleigh has also set works on Point Park University, Dallas Black Dance Theatre’s: Encore!, and IM Terrell’s Academy for VPA and STEM. Kayleigh is currently a company member with 6 o'Clock Dance Theatre and is a Pilates and dance instructor in the DFW metroplex.
