Robert Hooks II a.k.a. RJ is a young upcoming artist born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. RJ started dancing at three years of age under Deborah Barton, Serina Young, and Ming Dunn. He attended Brooklyn Highschool of the Arts and studied under Michelle J. Smith and Ian J. Dasilva. Rj, and has trained with artists such as Obediah Wright, Earl Mosley, Thera Ward, Kevin Iega Jeff, and many more. 

RJ started performing professionally with Jamel Gaines Creative Outlet, TORCH Dance Theatre, and Alpha Omega Theatrical Dance Company. RJ has performed in notable venues such as Carnegie Hall, Bryant Park, and the New Year’s Eve Ball Drop in New York. In his free time, RJ  enjoys playing football, basketball, and watching animal documentaries. RJ joined 6 o’clock Dance Theatre as a Dancer in October 2023.
