Guest Artist

Ally is a native Minnesotan and a graduate of Belhaven University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She received the Bezalel Award for outstanding artistic achievement from Belhaven University in 2017 and 2020. Ally has twice been featured in More than Just Great Dancers magazine for her excellent attitude and dedication.

Throughout her dance career, Ally had the privilege of training at prestigious companies such as Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, Bruce Wood Dance, Zion Dance Project, and studying under choreographers Nancy Stark Smith, Ravenna Wagnon, Marc Wayne, and Joy Bollinger. She visited Haiti to teach with a Christian arts outreach called IMPACT, collaborated with Bombshell Dance Project in their summer lab, and has been a recurring guest artist and teacher at her home studio, IPAC. In addition, Ally joined 6 o’Clock Dance Theatre as a Dancer in July of 2021.

Ally loves to share the art of dance with others through performing, teaching, and choreographing. Her passion for choreography has resulted in the creation of 20 pieces for IPAC, multiple student works at Belhaven University, and a group piece set on Feet Speak dancers to be toured throughout Europe. Ally’s Senior Thesis focused on implementing confidence and boldness through choreographic processes. As a creative individual, Ally thrives when she can express herself artistically, all for the glory of God.
